Bad Brambach

Bad Brambach, the most southern therapeutic spa town in Saxony, is world famous for its Radon spring, which is used for drinking therapies. The drinking and bathing therapies in particular, enriched with the radon mineral water have been shown to cure problems of the musculoskeletal system and the supporting apparatus, rheumatism, arthritis, Morbus Bechterew and cardiovascular diseases. The town in the idyllic valley is protected by the mountains of the Elster range and offers a mild, sub-alpine climate during all seasons. It is not only a perfect place for relaxation due its location bordering the three regions, Bohemia, Bavaria, and Saxony, but also an ideal starting point for walks and hikes into the Czech and Bohemian regions. The facilities offer great opportunities for hiking, walking, swimming, biking and to play golf.
